Projektbeschreibung
- Working for Telecomumication 15 years, mainly in RF field and familiar with E2E(wireless,core,transmission) performance management.
- Have good knowledge on Nokia and Siemens equipment (parameter/counters/features) and Huawei as well.
- Experience in MS Project will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge on RF (both 2G and 3G) interms of Planning, Performance, Capacity, Strategy and Optimization.
- Good knowledge on non-RF (Transport, CS/PS Core, IP, VAS)
- Should be able to deliver the project targets by achieving the SLA/KPIs and Acceptances.
- Have experience in dealing with High level management upto CEO/CTO Level
- Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the customer and project teams (inter department) and must be able to handle project expectations and customer expectations
- To be able to lead a big number of team and a network consisting of 30K sites.
- Must be a able to work under pressure and able to adapt to any project changes.
