Notification Centre Developer

General knowledge/experience:
Development in Java and JavaScript/oracle.

Technical knowledge/experience:
Java/oracle or Java/strong JavaScript knowledge. Dojo is very much a pre.

Other requirements:
Knowledge of polling/push mechanism in webspere (RAD), reverse-ajax/comet.

Project:
Dashboard - notification centre
Build a 360 degree customer view. This consists of dashboards, building blocks and widgets where developers work together with specialist designers to get the look and feel pixel perfect. Accountmanagers can use the info blocks to view key financial figures, linked in data and credit risk information

Tasks:
Develop a notification centre in Vantage, where a user can see all their notifications. Clicking on a notification will open the right process tool and you can start working on the item. Example notifications are:, upcoming reviews, release notification, emails from vantage, scheduled generated content. When a notification arrives it should appear on the screen briefly without interupting the current user.

Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy and architecture such a mechanism.
