Norwegian-Speaking Solution Architect

For a client within Telecom industry, Sirius Business Group is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Solution Architect.
Solution Architect will be a part of Technology department, and in charge of finding and describing IT solutions that meet client´s business requirements of different market segments in Norway.
Solution Architect will be an important link between the business side and IT department as well as client´s development in India, and also a key role for ensuring that IT makes the right solutions in the right way.
The position provides unique insight into client's core activities with an opportunity to participate in and influence on development within new and existing product areas. The work is demanding and will give the right person great opportunities for personal and professional development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop high-level analysis and project designs in cooperation with Principal and Project Manager
- Assist in translating market and product requirements to technical requirements in cooperation with system architects, internal system experts and other client's suppliers
- Ensuring that project solutions meet IT directions for architecture
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-year higher education (college/university...) in IT; alternatively education in (project) management with work experience in IT projects or product development
- Experience from previous positions as an IT architect, test leader or project desirable
- Fluent in ENGLISH AND NORWEGIAN, both written and oral
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
-ability to quickly dive into the complex issues
-self-driven, and taking the initiative to solve the challenges independently
-curious and genuinely interested in learning something new
-works well in teams, happy to share knowledge and experience with others
