North Sea Toolpusher, Jack-up/Semi

** PLEASE NOTE - CANDIDATES MUST HAVE OFFSHORE EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE ELIGBLE TO WORK IN THE UK ** Our drilling heritage began in the 1920s and we evolved and grown to become one of the largest and experienced ultra-deepwater and harsh environment offshore drilling companies, operating a fleet of advanced rigs on a global scale. We are seeking a toolpusher to join our North Sea Division ASAP. You will be working on either a Jack-up or Semi-Submersible rig, and will work on a rotation basis. Reporting to the senior toolpusher or offshore installation manager, this is a supervisory role, and as such candidates must have exposure to both offshore drilling and have been in a similar position before. Current toolpushers and experience drillers will be considered first. * You will be expected to ensure all drilling operations are carried out in a safe, efficient and productive manner, informing your senior management of any incidents or potential hazards. * You will attend safety meetings, and ensure personnel are trained to the highest safety standards. * It will be your responsibilty to stop work whenever a potential hazard or change is experienced. * Maintenance, repair and installation of all drilling equipment will be monitored and recorded, along with the fluid, mud and solid control systems. * Your leadership should ensure the crew remain motivated and committed to their tasks * You will also have be expected to mentor, train and develop the team on an ongoing process along with conducting annual reviews. * All other roles associated with that of a Toolpusher If you feel that you have the necessary experience and skill set, and are genuinely excited about this role, then we would like to hear from you.
