RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages complex suite of projects related to documentation of process and related content
- Creates a common architecture for documenting process/information using standard documentation tools
- Partners across teams to determine the appropriate content authors and format to present content in.
- Manages the overall content pipeline and necessary authoring needs.
- Manages the publish workflow for partners in coordination with internal Microsoft teams.
- Create and manage reporting of content usage and quality
- Works with Program Manager Lead to identify, prioritize and effectively schedule projects to maximize benefit.

SKILLS

- PM Experience proven ability to take initiative to run a project or program, propose solutions, and had decision-making opportunities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter; ability to work independently and produce quality deliverables
- Ability to see the forest for the trees
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Visio)
- Think and problem-solve creatively
- Work without much guidance and hand-holding
- Communicate vertically (across multiple levels of management), and horizontally (across the Cert Team and with other partner teams)
