NON-FUNCTIONAL TEST LEAD (NFT)

CONTRACT

£400-£450 PER DAY

Non-Functional Test Lead with prior experience of leading the delivery of large performance test projects in large organisations, ideally within the financial services sector.

The Non-Functional Test Lead (NFT) will also have experience of any of the following HP Performance Centre and Rational Performance Test

A Non-Functional Test Lead (NFT) is required to join a major financial services institution. This is a contract position and the rate is negotiable depending on experience.

Key skills & background:

- Must have Citrix experience
- Must have financial services experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills at all levels, coupled with negotiation and conflict management skills
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders to CIO level
- Strong multi-platform technical skills and the ability to contribute to test strategy definition
- Strong program and project management skills and the ability to identify and proactively manage all risks associated with NFT delivery
- Reporting to the NFT Delivery Manager the Non-Functional Test Lead will be responsible for the NFT testing for major programs or for the delivery of multiple smaller projects under a single platform.
