Non Functional Test Architect

Financial Services Company are currently recruiting for a Non Functional Test Architect to be responsible for providing Technical Leadership and Strategic Direction for the Non Functional Testing function.

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for ensuring that the Non Functional Test Strategy is developed in alignment to business needs.
To pro-actively analyse current Non Functional Test processes and practices and take ownership by delivering improvements, to ensure maximum efficiency and cost reduction.
To act as technical authority for the Non Functional Test tools and ensure they are used to optimum effect.
To liaise with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Infrastructure, Development, to define the Non Functional Test data strategy to maximise the effectiveness of performance testing and maintain PCI DSS compliance.
To be responsible for producing and maintaining Live derived Non Functional Test Load models for all Services.
To be responsible for ensuring that Non Functional Test environments are monitored effectively during tests in a way that allows the results to be related to live environments.
To support the Non Functional Test team in delivering to time and budget.
Actively demonstrate a flexible approach to all new requirements both business and technical.
This is a technical role and will require strong internal and cross team working to ensure the continual delivery of the Non Functional Test process improvements.

Essential:

Minimum of 5 years experience Non Functional Testing large complex multi-platform systems.
Subject matter expert on all aspects of Non Functional Testing.
Proven track record in Non Functional Testing for large and complex applications in a high availability environment and mission critical platform.
Expertise in identifying changes and improvements and the cost-savings and business benefits achievable.
Understanding of how to apply performance test modelling techniques.
