TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER PM PROJECT MANAGEMENT TESTING NON-FUNCTIONAL DEPLOYMENT NON FUNCTIONAL LOADRUNNER TEST MANAGER Programme Manager TEST LEAD PROJECT LEAD
My client, a financial services project management consultancy are currently looking for a Non-Functional Requirements technical project lead/deployment lead for one of the largest and most strategic client implementations for an investment bank in Zurich.
The resource will be mainly responsible for:
* Project Management of the Non-Functional implementation, testing and roll-out track of the program, including the going-live phase
* Driving (and responsible for) the execution of the tests, to maintain progress and meet milestones
* Leading the testing and technical teams responsible for implementation, testing, integration and deployment
* Aligning multiple and cross-site and cross-cultural technical teams, mainly IT-related professionals, eg technical architects, deployment experts,
* Understand and manage the deployment process, including the configuration management.
* The supervision, the review and the evaluation of the work products produced by the connected IT staff
* Implementation, roll-out and test planning and communicating and aligning project stakeholders
* Following up and reporting on planned activities
* Issue control, follow up and resolution facilitation with the different internal and client technical teams
Following technologies are used:
* Weblogic Application Server
* WebSphere MQ
* Oracle RAC and Dataguard
* Java
* Unix (Solaris)
The resource requires the following skills:
* Proven experience in Technical Project Management
* Proven experience in distributed Java enterprise architectures and system integration
* Knowledge about high availability and highly resilient system architectures
* Performance tuning or testing experience
* Knowledge about messaging systems is a plus
* Past experience with a vendor is a nice to have
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* A technical background will facilitate the alignment and leadership of the technical teams.
* Ability to travel (project is 100% based in Zurich, with occasional travels to Belgium)
