NOC Support Technician

Yoh has contract opportunity for an NOC TIER 1 OR TIER 2 TECHNICIAN to join our client in Overland Park, KS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This technician will support the client Network Vision Tier I Core element break fix functions.
- They will serve as 24x7 Tier I support for Network Vision across any one of the three vendor technologies, Samsung, Ericsson, or Alcatel-Lucent.
- They will perform alarm monitoring, ticket generation, and initial triage of core element faults.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Need to have worked in and around NOC (Network Operations Center) facility alongside other engineers and technicians.
- Candidates will either work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
- Generally speaking, candidates need to be open to all shifts
- Have to be flexible to shift work conditions if scheduled.

Shifts are:
- Days - 7am-3pm
- Swings - 3pm-11pm
- Mids-10pm-6am
