You will be able to demonstrate two years experience supporting multiple clients across data, voice and server networks.
Typically the work will involve responding to network alarms, logging and resolving incidents, actioning service requests, updating the relevant parties on progress and general housekeeping duties. The work will be high volume ensuring that problems are resolved or progressed to resolution while meeting contracted service levels.
The role will see you working on a rotating shift pattern to include nights, weekends and public holiday cover. Due to the North Shore location you must have your own transport.
