NOC Supervisor, Telecom Job

NOC SUPERVISOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Everett, WA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Lead or Supervisory experience
- Networks, circuits, data links
- NOC experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Ensure the quickest resolution for customer satisfaction and to ensure center metrics are met by coaching, leadership, and direction.
- This leadership role supports Business Response Specialist in their role of network maintenance for HSI which includes Analyze network facilities, special service circuits, test physical and data link layers (OSI model layers 1 and 2) in an effort to isolate network issues as well as CPE equipment (ie HSI modem/Router. etc.) utilizing a variety of systems to isolate network problems and restore customers HSI service.
- Address escalations in a professional and effective manner.
- Measures, evaluate, and track employees' progress by monitoring, coaching and supporting the Business Response Specialist roles. Monitoring either side-by-side or remote. Provide feedback to individual employees.
- Assist in calculating and reporting centerMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of IBEW local 89 contractual language.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Supervisory or Lead experience preferred
- NOC experience
