Our client is a global service provider that provides mission critical communications services to the telecoms and government sectors.

They require a seasoned operations specialist with good knowledge of working in an ITIL compliant service environment.

Working in a shift pattern (4 on, 4 off), the successful applicant will be providing world class first line support on a variety of applications and network elements.

It is essential that candidates understand SLAs and effective support methodologies on a structured support desk.

Norwegian language skills is essential.
