NOC (NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTRE) PROJECT MANAGER - SWITZERLAND
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Telecommunications, Informatics or Electronics
- Project Management certification in PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA (preferred)
- People and project management experience
- Proven leadership capabilities in customer facing roles within Service Management, Network Operations and/or Telecommunications industries.
- Ability to deliver results in a Matrix organization, with strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Mindful of regional and global, strategic goals, while designing local improvements.
- Ability to lead and manage change, and drive process improvements.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English (German would be an advantage)
