NOC Operator: Norwegian Speaking

Projektbeschreibung
We are currently looking for multiple NOC Operators to work on my client's large telecoms project in Oslo.
You must be a fluent Norwegian and English speaker.
Day to day activities include:
- Monitoring the ground based, transmission and core networks
- Escalating faults to 2nd and 3rd line support
- Informing end users of any ongoing problems in the network
- Supporting field technicians
- First line support on errors in the Service Desk tool
We require people who are flexible and have good customer facing skills. You will be working on a rota (5 week shift pattern) so good organisational skills are also key.
Essential experience/skills:
- Fluent Norwegian Speaker
- Fluent English Speaker
- IT/Telecom Bachelor OR relevant work experience in NOC
- Radio network knowledge
- Customer support experience
