Connect44 are looking for a NOC Manager in the Norwegian location
Contract position
EU Candidates
We have a NOC in Oslo which is supporting a nationwide Tetra system, delivering mission critical services to the Norwegian blue light.
General network operations from a NOC perspective; monitoring, Incident Mgt, Change Mgt etc. This would be from an overall Operations Management perspective.
Attending and running monthly Operations/Service meetings with the customer
Experience of Operations tooling, processes and systems and how to exploit these to the full, with a view to transition new tools in through an effective project.
Ability to support up-sell opportunities, pulling slide decks together to present to customers. This would involve understanding costs, margins etc.
Have experience of managing/leading organisations and taking them through whatever changes are required, whilst maintaining operational delivery.
Have a level of commercial awareness in the managed services space. Looking at avoiding scope creep and leveraging the contracts to drive up-sell opportunities.
Public Safety and Tetra experience would be great but not essential
