NOC Engineer Transport

Our client is looking for NOC Transport engineers to monitor and maintain the Core and Access Transport network for the ISP.

The main jobs include but are not limited to:

*Monitor Transport backbone and access network of ISP in Norway.
*Managing all stakeholders in end to end chain efficiently, for the purpose of incident management.
*Incident management through the well-defined incident management process.
*Troubleshoot customers issues related to PDH, SDH, DWDM and OTN related services.
*Maintain the notification/restorations SLAs well.
*Coordination with Customer Services (CS), Customer Delivery (CD) team and with customer to resolve issues.
*Closely coordinate with Change Management for the change activities.
*Should be ready to work in a 24 X 7 NOC environment.

Ideally you should have hands on experience with Coriant and Ericsson Marconi Equipment. Norwegian or Scandinavian a bonus, however excellent English a must. Only applicants with EU, EEA or NATO member passport will be considered for this role due to Security clearance requirements.
