NOC Engineer (Support/Cisco/Network/Telecom/Shift/Radio/ITIL) - Our client requires an IT/Telecom technician to provide 1st line support across radio and transmission networks on a 24/7 shift basis.
Applicants will have a good grasp of TCP/IP network principles and a basic understanding of radio protocols and interfaces. Experience of working on a busy service desk is mandatory especially in high pressure environments.
The role involves basic troubleshooting tasks and the escalation of support issues to other technical staff. Good communications skills are required so that users can be kept up to date on their tickets.
Candidates must be able to speak fluent Norwegian (or Swedish/Danish). 6 month renewable contract based in Oslo, Norway.
