NOC Consultant X2 - Eindhoven - 6 months

POSITION: NOC Consultant

LOCATION: Eindhoven, Netherlands

LANGUAGES: English speaking

RATE: Day rate + expenses paid

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

MUST have proven experience of setting up a managed Operations Environment

SHOULD HAVE:

Kubernetes, DC/OS, Apache, HAProxy, Kafka, MongoDB

DESIRABLES:

DockerCE, Java (JRE/JDK) (Oracle), PostGreSQL, Hadoop/HDFS, Alpine Linux, RHEL, NGINX

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setup Network Operations Console (NOC)

Create a minimal implementation of the NOC that contains the required functionality to get access to customer environment

Setup managed services organization and procedures

Create a minimal detailed overview of (manual) Managed Operations procedures for the first customer.

Creation of Managed Operation Acceptance Criteria

This document contains a list of the (minimum) criteria that must be met in order for the production SLAs (as defined in this document) to apply.

Creation of Reporting requirements

The creation of a list of reports that TIBCO needs to be able to deliver (on a scheduled bases or ad hoc).

Creation of the customer infrastructure requirements

Creation of a list of requirements that need to be met by customer in order to run the platform
