NOC After Hours Operator

Our client, a leading Australian owned outsourcing business has a fresh requirement for an experienced NOC Operator to join their growing team.

To be considered for this role you will have 1-2 x years experience working in a dedicated NOC Analyst position within a busy technical environment. You will be CCNA certified and will have proven experience managing multi-site environments with Cisco Routers and switch's and Cisco Wireless LAN devices. Applicants with an ITIL certification will be preferred.

This role is working a variety of shifts including nights and weekends and will suit a flexible person who enjoys working within a small team and taking responsibility with key customers.

This role will suit a candidate who has a solid service desk background and moved into a NOC role within a managed services environment.

PLEASE NOTE- Due to location in the Northern Beaches, you must have your own transport to be considered for this role. Due to security requirements you will ideally be an Australian Citizen.
