Our client require an experienced NMS Administrators (Network)
The typical activities are:
- Add/remove/update of devices in our tools
- User account handling
- Troubleshooting of NMS issues (ticket handling, user interaction)
- Capacity check and scaling of the NMS solution
- NMS upgrades
- Regular maintenance tasks
- Testing in our lab environment.
Some more additional specific tasks per each NMS tool I am looking for are:
- 1 x CA Spectrum: Event integrations, modelling improvements, report definition, Correlation implementation.
- 1 x Nagios: plugin development (eg Pearl, PHP), migration to new Nagios, develop self-service GUI. & SevOne: dashboard definitions, support in ongoing deployment activities, device certifications.
- 1 x Splunk: dashboard creation, rsyslog setup, application log alerting, forwarder installation
- 1 x SAA: StarNode installations, tuning, admin GUI improvement, vendor ticketing.
