Niris Software Tester Support/Contract/the Hague/SC Cleared

ENDEAVOUR RECRUITMENT HAS AN EXCITING NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY FOR A SOFTWARE TESTER SUPPORT TO JOIN AN INTERNATIONAL SECURITY CLIENT IN THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS. THE RATE FOR THIS ROLE IS €72 EUROS PER HOUR AND THE DURATION IS UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER 2019.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Under the direction/guidance of a test director the software tester will develop test procedures, execute test procedures and report test results.
- Develop/conduct unit and automated testing of software components
- Develop/conduct manual test procedures
- Report automated and manual test results in test reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Must have current SC or NATO Secret clearance.
- The candidate has relevant and recent experience in system and software testing (eg certification)
- The candidate has relevant and recent experience in using testing tools (eg TestRail), automated test frameworks (eg Selenium, Gauge) and methodologies (eg Agile).
- The candidate is able to speak and write fluent English

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- The candidate has relevant and recent knowledge and usage of NIRIS.
- The candidate has a good understanding of networking protocols (eg TCP, UDP) and (message-oriented) application protocols (eg HTTP, HTTPS, AMQP).
- The candidate has relevant and recent experience in verifying functional and non-functional requirements. (eg development of test cases, test data)
- The candidate has relevant and recent experience in continuous software integration and automated testing.
- The candidate has relevant and recent experience in working with a software development team.
