NIM Engineer xWDM

Great new position open for NIM Engineer xWDM with experience of Cramer, to work for a market leading telecommunications client, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 3 months rolling contract, Competitive rates. Fluent Dutch and English speakers required

ROLE PURPOSE:

Provide services in NIM (Cramer4 Mutation) engineering. Responsible for entire project cycle to include NIM engineering to design and development for project completion

KEY EXPERIENCE:

- Basic telecom skills knowledge
- Knowledge of DWDM technology
- Knowledge of Transport networks
- Basic knowledge of IP/ETN networks preferable
- Experience with network administration tool Cramer4 Mutation
- Autocad experience to create as build/low level designs
-Experience in similar work field is preferable (like SDH design and engineering)
- CCNA training/certification is preferable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Administration of Service provider called NIM (Cramer4).
- Engineering according the rules of Service provider and the client's xWDM technology.
- Interaction with technical departments for requirements that are needed for deployment.
- Dispatch orders to Deployment
