Nightly Windows 7 Deployment Tech

We are seeking a qualified WINDOWS DEPLOYMENT TECH to work for one of America's premier companies. Hours will vary, WEEKDAYS (4 P.M. - FINISH) depending on migration deployment schedule, and possible weekend hours. This role will follow a checklist for the migrations and need to be thorough and accurate in recording information and escalating any issues to the project site deployment lead.

OVERVIEW

- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

- Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Windows 7 deployment experience required
- Large volume PC refresh experience required
- MANDATORY SHIFT HOURS ARE 4PM TO 1AM
- Familiarity with a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
