Niche Business Analyst

Rosyth: Niche Business Analyst - £420 - £440 per day. EA Consulting Groups' Rosyth based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

The requirement of this Programme of work is to make a number of changes to the way NOSIAs and Default Notice letters are issued from First Vision, the banks Consumer Credit Cards and Business Banking Credit Cards to ensure we remain CCA compliant.

The BA we're looking for will be responsible for the delivery of First Occurrence Validation (FOV) within the PDQ team in Rosyth. The role will require an analyst who can understand FOV requirements, plan, document and communicate as appropriate with key stakeholders.  This role is all about ensuring fulfilment (Acquisition Documents, Cards, Card Carriers, Statements, Letters, PINs) received by our customers is fit for purpose

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- All round knowledge of First Vision/Base 2000
- Ability to act as Subject Matter Expert to project on matters relative to FOV
- Ability to manage delivery of FOV activity through FOV Schedule of Events/scripts matrices
- Ability to use a selection of tools to execute FOV including Microsoft office suite, credit card systems.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
- Ability to plan, analyse, prioritise and organise
- Ability to work as part of team, sharing knowledge as appropriate internally built automation tools
- Knowledge of change process
