NHS Productivity Project Manager

Practicus is partnering with a community services client in the South, supporting them with the transformation of some of their services within community care.

We require a Productivity Project Manager to work with teams within the community providers teams (eg community/district nursing) to implement identified productivity areas through rapid improvement, ideally usigng LEAN. Much of the front end process mapping has been done and productivity opportunities and schemes identified - this is now about implementing those with the workforce.

A strong Productivity Project Manager, ideally with experience of delivering similar projects within services for the NHS or Local Government. NHS community services experience would be a bonus. Furthermore the work will ideally have been delivered using LEAN methodology.

Interviews are set for w/c 26th November with a start date of 3rd December latest. We are offering a day rate of 350-400pd + VAT for this six months assignment.
