Sand is looking for an experienced NHS/Healthcare Medical Personnel Specialist with strong medical HR experience (doctors, nurses, clinicians) to manage and provide a high quality, centralised responsive medical personnel service. You would be focussing on the management of the operational areas of medical personal for the trust.

As the Medical Personnel Specialist, you will work as a key member of the HR team and would also be working closely with a team of professionals aligned to a Clinical Academic Group (CAG) as well as working closely with the Medical Director. Furthermore you would be responsible for the provision of high quality medical personnel services.

It is essential that you have strong NHS Medical HR experience (CAG), are educated to a CIPD level and have a good understanding of medical HR practice including e-recruitment and ESR.

Your main responsibilities will include managing the medical personnel team, managing the recruitment and selection process of new medical personnel, manage, lead support and advise on EWTD, implement initiatives to improve recruitment and to manage and support the medical personnel team.

*Strong Medical HR experience is essential for this contract
*Strong NHS experience is essential
*Educated to a CIPD level
*Knowledge of good medical HR best practice including e-recruitment and ESR
*Influencing and Negotiation skills
