My NHS client are looking for a Managing Director to join a growing GP Federation based in Central London from the beginning of May. Candidates must have a strong Commercial background with an understanding of the Primary Care environment as well as leading Commercial, Strategic and Operational activities.

Skills Required:

- Recent evidence of working at a Director level within a GP Federation or commercial healthcare organisation
- Knowledge of Primary Care and an understanding of the local and national strategic context in relation to primary care transformation and population-based healthcare
- Experience in leading on strategic and operational planning, including the ability to develop a clear vision and enthuse others
- Business acumen and the ability to drive service improvement and change
- Financial Analysis and Budgeting
- Ability to exercise sound independent judgement, and a willingness to constructively challenge
- Ability to network and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.

The contract will be 3 months initially with a likelihood of being extended. If you feel you are suitable for the role please get in contact immediately as interviews will be conducted in 2 weeks time.
