NHS IT Services Co-ordinator - 4 Months - West Midlands

I am currently recruiting for a IT Services Coordinator to co-ordinate activities relating to the IT Services function to ensure that the CSU has the appropriate IT Service provision and that it can further add value to its CCG clients.

The successful candidate must have:
* Experience of IT Service provision in a medium/large organisation
* Experience developing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs
* Experience organising and managing meetings
* Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable experience includes:
* Experience managing 3rd party IT contracts
* Experience of ITIL or related frameworks
* Experience working in Public Sector environment
* Project Management Experience/Qualifications
* Use of Microsoft Office products including Project
