NHS HR Manager

NHS HR Manager (NHS, Clinical CAGS, Clinical Academic Groups, CIPD, CAG HR Service)
Contract: 3 months
Start: 1st October 2012

Sand is looking for a strong NHS/health Care HR Interim Manager with strong experience of Clinical CAGS to lead a team of CAG NHS workforce professionals.

Key Skills experience required:

*Strong NHS experience across HR Interim Management
*Strong Clinical CAGS experience
*Be CIPD qualified
*Strong stakeholder management experience
*Plan, design and conduct research projects
*Strong leadership skills across the NHS/Healthcare environment
*Project management skills
*Strong knowledge of NHS Hr processes
*NHS workforce strategy knowledge
