My Client, a large NHS organisation is currently looking for a HR Advisor to be based in Warwick, starting as soon as possible.

This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of professional, comprehensive and proactive HR advice and interventions in support of both CCG clients and the ACSU management teams and staff, with support from the HR Business Partner. Due to the nature of our emerging and growing organisation, you will also need to:

. Easily adapt to new ways of working within an evolving environment

. Be eager to go out of your way and be committed to delivering an excellent service that has the customer at the heart of it

. Be able to make things happen and quickly

. Be able to improve the service through fresh thinking, utilising external as well as internal NHS best practice

. Capable of managing high volume, highly complex ER case work

. Be resilient in the face of critical challenges

. Be solutions focused

In return, you will have an opportunity to help shape a changing and ambitious organisation, that will support you in your development and career needs and aspirations.

If you have this and the ability to use your initiative whilst working effectively as part of a team, we would be delighted to hear from you.
