ISL are currently working in partnership with an NHS organisation in the North that is looking for an Interim General Manager within Unplanned Care/Capacity Lead to start within the next few weeks for a 6 month assignment.
You will be providing operational support management support to the clinical services and managing operational managers and lead nurses. You will be assisting with Service Improvement and Service Redesign.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the NHS as an Operational General Manager, any Acute NHS experience would be beneficial as would experience managing service improvement and redesign projects.
