Urgent contract requirement for 2 Interim Commissioning Managers in Central London for an initial period of 3-6 months.

Support the Quality & Commissioning Manager acting as Project Lead for this process and the Director of Quality & Commissioning. Take the lead in coordinating and delivering the Evaluation and Moderation of Lead Provider submissions. You will be responsible for developing robust evaluation and moderation processes, supporting and briefing evaluators and moderators.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to liaise closely with and develop professional relationships while providing advice and support to a variety of stakeholders. These include consultants and colleagues at NHS Trusts amongst others. You will therefore require the ability to influence all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.

Maintaining an existing portfolio of work working collaboratively to ensure existing commitments are delivered. This includes progressing developments for a speciality portfolio and performance managing a portfolio of contracts. Potential discrete tenders are planned for existing contracts which you could also take forward.

Your enthusiasm to approach your work proactively and interact with people in a tactful and diplomatic manner will contribute to your success. You will possess excellent IT and communication skills, an understanding of confidentiality and a sensitive approach.

Experience and evidence as an NHS Commissioning Manager supporting complex NHS tender processes including evaluation and moderation of submissions is essential as is evidence of delivering complex NHS projects and services on time.
