NHS Cluster/Locality Manager ( Primary Care, QIPP, Service Re design, Lead on Commissioning, GP Consortia, Cluster, Locality, Cluster Improvement, Implementation of GP Commissioning, Prince2, Change management, Transformation )
Rate: £350 - £380 per Day
Contract Length: 3-6 months

Sand is looking for a strong NHS Cluster/Locality Manager/Improvement Manager with strong expertise around Primary Care. You will be responsible for supporting Cluster Improvement Directors with the implementation of GP Commissioning. You will lead on delivering and developing cluster/locality development including implementation of pathways and development of cluster.
It will be essential to have strong experience of NHS Primary Care for this contract.

Key Skills/Experience
*Must have strong NHS experience
*Must have strong Primary Care experience
*Experience of Cluster/Locality Improvement within the NHS
*Strong experience of GP commissioning
*Implementation of Pathways & Service Redesign
*QIPP Plan experience
*Strong Stakeholder management experience including clinicians, patient groups and providers
*Project Management skills (Prince 2)
