We are looking for a candidate with 5 years plus experience within the NHS or a Healthcare provider, you will have indepth knowledge of Clinical and hospital systems and governance covering NHSApplications.
Knowledge of the following is essential:
Integrated Digital Care IDCR
EDM
PAS.& ERP
EMPA
CDW
HL7
PACS imaging
- Work with key stakeholder groups across the various business, clinical as well as the academic and research domains to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.
- Work collaboratively with members of the IT Department and consultatively with external healthcare partner organisations to build a view of wider strategic initiatives.
- Take this knowledge and facilitate the alignment of business, clinical and IT strategies.
- Contribute to the link between the business, clinical and IT strategies.
- Use various architectural tools and models to maintain and communicate this information.
- Work with the various stakeholder groups to determine how the current and future needs of the Trust will be facilitated by IT in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable way.
- Contribute to the establishment of a clinical systems' architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting the Trusts' needs.
- Provide the Senior Clinical Systems' Enterprise Architect will the necessary support and input to ensure the effective establishment, delivery and oversight of a robust clinical systems' architecture.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a full life cycle approach to design, development, test, delivery, service definition, service transition, change and benefits realisation support of new IT services.
- Take responsibility for the commissioning of assigned clinical services and contribute to oversight of the delivery, operation and evaluation of clinical IT services as required.
- Work with other members of the Design Team, Business Relationship Managers and other internal IT stakeholders to develop clinical IT service responses to business outcome requirements.
- In conjunction with the Business Relationship Management and Analysis function input in to agreed business cases, product based delivery plans and appropriate quality/assurance components to ensure the effective and successful delivery of the assigned clinical outcomes..
