Background
Our Central Government Client has a 6 month requirement for a NHS and Social Care Workstream Manager

Main Duties/Responsibilities
Knowledge and understanding of industry and the NHS, and a basic understanding of telehealth and telecare services. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Experience of stakeholder engagement - ability to effectively plan, engage and coordinate a range of internal and external stakeholders for example NHS, social care, professional bodies, local authorities and across Government. Ability to building strong relationships and collaborative working arrangements with delivery partners. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision. Ability to inspire trust and focus on strategic outcomes, with personal responsibility for delivering results effectively and swiftly. Ability to work across traditional boundaries and match resources to business priorities. Use PPM techniques appropriately to achieve results from policy development through to delivery of services to the citizen. An understanding of govt priorities, wider policy environment & institutional constraints. Ability to understand key strategic drivers and deploy a range of strategic analysis tools
