NHS 111 Senior Business Analyst

I am urgently looking for an Interim NHS 111 Senior Business Analyst to lead the production of service design and specification, delivery of related tasks, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice and current options. This role can be based in London or Leeds with travel required. Deadline for applying is Thursday, 13th Feb.

You will be mainly responsible for:

- Developing a comprehensive and cohesive internal plan for the delivery of the service specification and related approvals which is consistent with the overall project timetable, meeting the strategic direction of the NHS 111 programme, minimising unnecessary disruption to stakeholders involved in the process.
- Pro-actively managing stakeholders, responding to and resolving conflict between different stakeholders through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms,
- IM: Preparing reports summarising status on issues, appraising outcomes, and providing progress reports,
- Collating as required, qualitative and quantitative information
- Analysing, interpreting and presenting data to highlight issues, risks and support decision making
- Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and proactively engage with NHS staff, consultants and contractors,
- Applying a structured change management approach and methodology

To be considered for this post you must have:

* Expert NHS project and programme management with specific knowledge of public sector procurement Expert business process mapping and presentation skills
* Detailed knowledge and experience of cutting edge approaches to requirements gathering including agile approaches and ethnographic/ observation methods
* Experience of leading specification activity in complex stakeholder settings
* Commercial understanding
* Organisation Development and Change.
