NGI Database Expert Administrator/Developer. URGENT REQUIRMENT*

An URGENT opportunity has arisen to work as a NGI database administrator/developer within a leading telecommunications company based in Brussels. As an NGI database administrator/developer you will provide expertise in NGI data accuracy and own the resolution of reported data inconsistencies. You will also Develop data quality control reports in NGI and train the local NGI encoding team on various key technologies.

As a NGI database expert administrator you will meet the following essential criteria:

* Extensive knowledge of Netcracker's NGI expert encoder
* Expert knowledge in developing reports and tools in Netcracker's NGI
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Knowledge of IT tools and software (MS Office, MS Access)

You will also have experience of the following:

* Database administration
* Developing quality data reports
* Troubleshooting and managing of wrongly encoded data; highlighting potential issues, managing the reporting of these issues, and arranging for a suitable solutions
* Maintaining the NGI testing environment
* Defining and performing test plans (regression tests, test of new features, acceptance of new nodes or parts)

As a NGI database expert administrator you will also have Basic knowledge in GSM, UMTS and transmission networks. A knowledge of French would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work in a pressured environment. You will be a team player with a strong sense for responsibility.
