Graduate Accountant/Part Qual Accountant Role

I am currently recruiting for a global investment bank which provides comprehensive market, industry, product and advisory expertise to more than 140,000 businesses around the globe.

Globally, the bank serves clients and customers in more than 150 countries and has relationships with 99 percent of the U.S. Fortune 500, nearly 96 percent of the Fortune Global 500 and 33 percent of the FTSE 100.

The Role will require newly qualified or part qualified Accountants with a strong investment banking background.

Duties:

To provide Financial administrative support as part of the Core Finance Team.
Assist in Forecasting Personnel, Capital and Vendor costs across all TI business lines in EMEA.

These include:
Contributing data analysis and query resolution across personnel, contractor, capital and vendor forecasting activities. Interacting with multiple teams and business leads locally and in the US to resolve queries arising from data analysis.

Developing financial models and walk forward (variance) analysis to assist in the delivery of monthly forecasting and annual planning. Be comfortable with using multiple systems and interacting with senior management.

Support administrative requirements around GL issues, financial hierarchy management, personnel alignment, vendor processing and capital processing.

Support achievement of TI business goals through working on projects and activities within the team and with business partners. Opportunities to lead selected projects within the team.

Management and Financial accounting experience essential.

A degree and financial qualification advantageous.

Experience of working within an Information Technology business environment a considerable advantage.

Systems experience essential. Financial modelling and data manipulation experience expected.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a self motivating and flexible individual who is results focused within a fast paced environment with complex systems, and who's able to manage multiple tasks to short deadlines. Experience of working in a US based Multinational would be useful.
