NORTH ENGLAND: FIELD BASED RETAIL SITE CONVERSION/DECOMMISSION MANAGER: WORLD LEADING OIL AND GAS CO.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Site Conversion/Decommission Manager with strong experience in Retail Operations to take on this field based role which will deliver the conversion of approximately 250 UK Company owned Retail sites to Dealer Owned sites in 2015.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Retail Site Conversion/Decommission Manager you will act as a conduit between engineering, IT, retailer and Dealer Project Managers/Commissioners ensuring all sites are effectively prepared in the field for handover.

The role will be reporting into the Site Conversion Manager Team Lead and respective conversion schedules will be planned and supported by approx. 2 Conversion coordinators.

- Ensure all critical activities are actioned on time
- Own the rollout plan and ensure changes to site timings etc. are effectively handled
- Ensure that stakeholders know what the individual roles and responsibilities are
- Ensure handovers are seamless, retaining retail standards on sites minimising impact to the end-customer
- Ensure marketing, and other critical implementation requirements are precisely executed and documented.
- Minimise costs and reduce waste through identifying and managing Continuous Improvement opportunities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of retail operations and knowledge of retail standards
- Ability to follow a plan and organize self and others.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline to follow process and ability to execute contingency and scenario planning
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build relationships with many stakeholders
- Ability to retain control and Return to Green under time pressure when things deviate from plan
- Must have a driver's license
