New Technology Device and Network Infrastructure Specialist - Switzerl

Our client is currently looking for someone to help find and develop new IT solutions within their technology innovation team. With a solid understanding of Microsoft Technologies (Windows and Windows Services), mobile devices including phones, tablets and other devices, you will search for new ways of using the hardware or integrating them more into the client's ways of working, or suggest new ways of working based on what the technology can offer.

You will be passionate about new technology and discovering new ways of working and will be able to communicate this enthusiasm across the business.

You will be expected to have a background in network infrastructure technologies but with a broad knowledge including mobile telephony (iOS, Android, Windows), ideally C#, .NET as well as Scripting such as Powershell. You will be expected to work on projects with Office 365 technologies, some exposure to Microsoft Azure would be a good advantage.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career within IS/IT as a first position after their studies or an opportunity to develop new Technology skills. The essential qualities needed for this position are creativity, imagination, passion and communication. A self-starter, you will find solutions to problems independently, document results and share this expertise.

This is a hands-on position; we are not looking for someone to define technology strategy but someone to see how far the technology could go. This role would not suit a server or PC support engineers.
