A world leading designer and manufacturer of advanced technical products to the automotive industry requires a quality engineer on an initial 12 month contract due to increased project work.

This role requires a new project quality engineer to work with suppliers and contractors through initial selection through to mass production start up.

You'll demonstrate experience of reviewing and approval of PPAP submissions combined with internal APQP process knowledge. You'll also be able to demonstrate experience of managing problem solving activities and using 8D. An understanding of plastic injection moulding or rubber moulding would be advantageous for this role.

This new project quality engineer role will give you the opportunity to work on an extensive new project and also has the potential of leading to a permanent position.
