New Business Sales- UC Contact Centre £50k (100k OTE)+ benefits

I'm recruiting for a unified communications solutions provider who are looking to add to their team due to an excellent end of year report and good growth throughout FY12.

They are looking to increase the growth of their company further still by taking on an experienced new business development manager, and have enlisted my services to help them with this.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 6 years experience in an IT solutions sales environment selling externally.
- Experience selling ideally Cisco contact centre solutions (or Avaya)
- Experience working to multi-million margin targets and overachieving against them.
- Experience and understanding of the whole UC contact centre solution and ability to explain the ROI to C-level executives.
