Expertise, experience and/or accreditation (where relevant) in the following specified products/skill-sets is mandatory:
* Avaya IP Office 500 server administration
* VPN/APN configuration and management
* PBX/PSTN interface configuration and maintenance, using Avaya Office Manager
* Administration of Cisco Switches and Routers and other network components
* Firewall configuration and administration
* Network performance monitoring
* Configuration and administration Nagios, Splunk and other SNMP reporting tools
* Remote access configuration and administration using RSA SecurId, Forticlient, and Remote Desktop Services
* Universal Threat Management configuration and administration
