Networks Operations Centre Engineer (CISCO) - French AND Dutch Mandatory
MISSION DESCRIPTION:
operating a network system in a mostly Cisco environment
follow-up of Fiber and WAN link incidents
executing procedure related to infrastructure maintenance for which NOC is accounted for
analyze and resolve incidents and technical problems for which the NOC is responsible
actively suggest and implement improvements for the NOC tools and workspace during your function mostly on open-source tools
keep up a strong competency level within technologies related to NOC
EXPECTED SKILLS & ATTITUDES
Bachelor in Computer Science
ICT as a passion
1-2 year of experience in similar mission
a thorough knowledge in traditional telephony and ready to deepen IPTel and VoIP
a working knowledge of network (Cisco switching and routing) systems and are certified CCNA
a true team player but also know how to work independently
fluent in French, Dutch and English
holder of a driving license and a vehicle
willing to assume an on-call position during 1 week every 4 weeks
