Our high-visibility client is developing IP Multimedia Subsystem platform software for next generation tablets and phones. The software will support IMS IR92 voice traffic over cellular and Wi-Fi networks. We are looking for a seasoned software development engineer who is experienced in IMS IR92 voice processing software to lead a team of software and test engineers developing the functionality for Windows OS.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Ramping up quickly on architecture and design
- Design and implementation of software to satisfy requirements
- Leading a team of software development and test engineers to develop the functionality on time
- Debugging and bug fixing
- Working with client teams locally and around the world
- Working independently

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Must possess BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Communication Technology or Electronics
- 6+ years professional programming experience in C/C++ on Windows platforms
- 3+ years of experience with voice or audio software development
- 2+ years of experience in Wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, 3G/LTE)
- 1+ years of leading a team of software and test engineers developing complex software
- Proven track record of software delivery through all phases of development
- Design/development experience with Windows Visual Studio
- Strong programming, debugging and problem solving skills in C/C++/MFC on Windows
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Object-Oriented Design and Development
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and IR92 experience preferred
