- Backup/restore mechanisms and tools

- Project Management Related Certifications (eg Prince2, IPMA, PMI, PMBOK).
DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Accepting and administrating 1st and 2nd line support calls.
- Escalating incidents, requests and issues to 3rd line support where necessary.
- Communicating and working with the relevant partners to resolve incidents and problems.
- Monitoring the networks and Servers.
- Chasing outstanding calls and ensure timely updates as agreed with customers.
- Ensuring work is executed according to procedures.
- Producing reports
