Required skills:
Experience in networking, preferably in large international environments
Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers
Voice solutions Avaya/Nortel
Basic knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP)
Experience with incident management of a complex network
Write and correct the proper network documentation
- Methodology/Certification requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
Cisco CCNA or other certification is recommended
Project Description and responsibilities:
The connectivity department is responsible for development, standardization and support of the client network environment in EMEA
- Environment Development Tool(s) and Platform(s):
Leased Lines, ISDN, Frame Relays, MPLS (QoS)
Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, IDS, Packeteer, Firewalls, Nortel Connectivity, content engine, load balancers
Avaya/Nortel PBX knowledge
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
1st and 2nd line network infrastructure support to the datacenter space remediation project; analyze current infrastructure ISP vendors, migrate voice solutions to the next level
Required skills:
