This is not a typical lead engineer role, it is a unique visonary role in which the lead will play a key part in defining strategy for Network Tools/Loadbalancers/F5 and associated Security issues across the bank. Therefore this person should be highly knowledgeable about current trends in networking/loadbalancing (F5) technologies, associated security threats and be capable of communicating ideas and solutions across the business.
