Network Technician Job

VOIP NETWORK TECHNICIAN - needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Portland, Oregon.

- Cisco WebEx Meetings

- Cisco Unified Personal Communicator

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The VoIP Network Technician performs within a team of IT Voice and Collaborative Systems professionals and is responsible for the moves, add, changes, and deletions (MACD) of all PGE Cisco VoIP phone instruments and associated Cisco Back End systems.
- The VoIP Network Technician will exhibit excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced operational environment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience with IT service management software to process work orders for all Cisco VoIP phone MACD activities.
- Flexibility - This position may require travel to PGE offices around the Portland area for phone installation or troubleshooting.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Years of experience Required: three to five (3 - 5).
- Cisco 6xxx, 7xxx, 8xxx, or 9xxx series IP Phones.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) configuration for MACD.
- Cisco Switches and VLAN configurations
- DNS/DHCP configuration
