Network Support (MCSE) (f/m)

For our client, an international IT-Provider, we are currently searching for a Network-Supporter (MCSE) (f/m)

Start: asap
Duration: 31/12/14 (opt. extension)

Responsibilities:

· Support, administration and maintenance of LAN Server Hardware and software (Windows Server 2008R2/2012, WIN7, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory)
· Installation, administration and maintenance of LAN workstation Hardware and Software including PC application Software
· Installation, administration and support of LAN based and locally installed printing services including printer Hardware and Software
· Systems management design and implementation (backup and disaster recovery procedures and techniques)
· Evaluation of new LAN/PC technologies (HW and SW)
· Work unsupervised and manage projects as key contributor
· Monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN provided services and ensuring the availability of the LAN/Office services
· Support and handling of relevant Security activities in the Workplace Infrastructure and Internal Systems solutions area (WSUS patch/fixes, Virus, etc.)

Qualification:

· University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Very Good skills in LAN/PC HW and SW area (Windows server, Active Directory, Windows workstation)
· Very Good skills in security relevant administration and support handling (patch/fixes, Virus, etc.)
· Very Good skills in Visual Basic Scripting and SW package creation for MSI Files
· Good knowledge of Intel based hardware platforms.
· Good knowledge of virtual Office desktops
· Good knowledge in TCP/IP networking
· Good Knowledge of remote access tools and methods (Citrix, VPN, etc.)
· Good Analytical and communication skills
· Strong user and customer service orientation
· Good player in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
